This is a one year-old 400MHz G4 CPU replacement for the original 233-333MHz G3 iMac with tray-load CD drives. Included on the CPU are two (2) 256Mb RAM chips to max the system out—these iMacs cannot address more than 512Mb. Contains a 1Mb L2 cache. Works perfectly, no issues. I replaced the iMac with a PowerMac G4 tower and no longer need the iMac.
