No iCloud lock, no activation lock. Not currently under contract. One owner phone, smoke free home.. Comes with box, charger and cable. Battery health at 85%. Enough to get through the day if you charge it over night. Not a single visible scratch on the front or back glass. Some minor scuffing on the aluminum, but no damage or dents at all.
