I have a few of these 17" Intel Core 2 Duo iMacs I am going to be taking out of commission.
At least two of them have damaged screens. One has two scrapes in the screen. The look like smudges but don't wipe off. Haven't tried to buff them out. The other has multiple vertical lines (5?) in the screen. The lines are a pixel wide and randomly spread across the screen. They are both perfectly usable other than the less than desirable visual problems described in the screens. Maybe perfect for server, kids, workshop, or with external monitor or any other use where a perfect screen isn't a must. $65 plus actual shipping including mouse and keyboard for each. Will part out and entertain reasonable offers for parts.
