Late 2006 MacBook Pro 2.16 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 15.4" matte display. Complete
specs, MacBook Pro (Late 2006) at Apple Tech Specs.
<http://support.apple.com/kb/SP24?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US> Upgraded
to 2GB RAM, stock 120GB hard drive.

The machine is functional and currently running Snow Leopard quite well.
However, the machine is sold as-is because it has some small issues. SMC
Fan Control reports the right fan is not working but temp still remains in
normal range during normal use. The keyboard shows wear and has a couple
keys that don't respond well. (Nothing liquid has ever been spilled in or
on the computer, just dust and crumbs, I suspect.) The optical drive is
unreliable. It works, but only when it feels like it.

Everything else functions perfectly. Screen is great with no dead pixels
or issues. I am the original owner and used the machine heavily for 4
years, but almost always on my desk and in a Targus padded, leather case
when travelling. The top case is in good shape. The bottom is pretty
scuffed up and missing one rubber foot. The inside case shows the use I
got out of it. The wrist rest area next to the trackpad is heavily worn on
one side and scratched by my watch on the other. Trackpad still works
fine. Hard drive reports no problems.

It has a replacement battery that holds about 1:15 charge but shows
"Service Battery" in the menu. Coconut Battery reports it has 49% of
original capacity.

I think it should be worth a couple hundred bucks parted out but don't want
to bother and it could be a decent functioning machine, on the cheap, for
somebody with just a little TLC.

Asking $120 shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate from 75135 (that's $16). Will
include the original, working, power adapter with both cords.
