I have a slightly used Datatale 2-Bay RAID box for sale, drives included. It is basically the previous version to this:

It has FW400/FW800/USB2/eSATA and is configurable with downloadable software and 2 dip switches on the back of the unit. The unit is a few years old but gently used. There is some yellowing on the case, but it is functionally perfect. The drives are 2 x 2TB (7200 RPM) and it is currently set up in a RAID stripe offering good speed in a 4TB arrangement. The top of this unit slides off easily so that you can replace drives or if you get more brackets you can use multiple sets of drives. Each port has been tested and each drive has been tested. Included are the following: 2 x 2TB (7200 rpm) Installed in RAID 0 (striped for a 4TB total) FW800 Cable FW400 Cable eSata Cable USB Cable AC power cable and adapter This unit was used by a friend who is a photographer. She only used it in a Mirrored RAID to do periodic backups. 95% of the time it was not turned on. It just sat along sider her iMac in the window, hence the yellowing. She is a non-smoker.
