This is an external hard drive with a USB port on the back and is AC powered. I've checked the hard drive with Drive Genius 3 and it's in great shape. This is based on a full-sized drive, so won't fit in the USPS small flat rate box. Will include the enclosure with the drive, power supply and USB cable.
This is a great unit for Time Machine or extra storage for music or photos. I keep my iPod content on a separate drive, so I have plenty of room and don't have to worry about it filling my main startup drive.
