This is the book "Final Cut Express 2 - Editing Workshop, Second Edition" by Tom Wolsky. The cover also says, "Master the Art and Technique with Step-by-Step Tutorials". Included is a DVD with a video introduction and sample footage for the tutorials in the book. I bought the book a couple of years ago intending to get into Final Cut Express, but never got around to it. The book is in excellent condition.
