This is a 5 that was just sent to me from Apple as a warranty replacement. Brand new, never been activated or used. 16gb model, still has the original plastic film on the screen and body. I'll throw in a new USB to lightning cord and the SIM card remover. No other accessories included. It will require that you provide your own SIM card in order to activate and use the phone. I believe it is running iOS 8, but I can't be sure since I can't get past the activation screen without putting a SIM in it.
I'm asking $305, shipped via USPS Priority Mail, anywhere in the US. I'll take payment via paypal, but would consider other methods as well.
