I have for sale one working (and in great condition) OWC Mercury Elite Pro with 2 160GB drives in RAID 1. It comes with the power brick and a firewire cable - this one is firewire only, it has 1 400 and 2 800 ports. It is an older model that uses 2 PATA (IDE) drives.
It was used to backup an older white MacBook. Now that my wife has a MacBook Pro with a 500GB hard drive, this has been sitting on the shelf.
