I have for sale a used Ovolab Phlink. Phlink is a hardware/software combination which allows you to use your Mac as a highly programmable telephone answering machine. It can be used, for example, to:
use caller ID to play different messages for different callers send recorded messages by email dial in to your Mac and control certain functions Unfortunately Ovolab no longer makes or supports Phlink. The latest version of the software can still be downloaded from the Ovolab website, and supports PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 Macintosh computers running Mac OS X 10.3 or later or Intel-based Macintosh computer running Mac OS X 10.4 or later. I haven't used this for a while and don't know which later versions of OS X it will still work with, but a Google search indicates it does not work in OS 10.7 (Lion) without a patch. Comes with Phlink telephone adapter (plug in telephone line via RJ11 telephone plug, connect to Mac via USB), USB cable, telephone cord, and software CD, all in original box.
