For sale are two 40GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM hard drives. One is model
ST340014A and the other model ST340016A. These are 3.5" desktop IDE (PATA)
drives that I pulled from working machines just to upgrade to something
larger.

Using Disk Utility I have partitioned them, formatted them writing zeros to
the entire drive and used verify disk, all with no errors.

You can stripe the two of them together and use them together as a single
80GB drive, use one to mirror the other for instantaneous backup, or use the
two of them separately. Pop them into an external enclosure for a portable
backup solution or for use with a laptop or iMac.

I'm asking $25 for the pair of them which includes free FedEx Ground
shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. Please make an offer if
you think that's too much.

Must be paid via PayPal to <tomrot...@gmail.com> and I will ship them the
next day provided it's not the weekend.

I will wrap them well in bubble wrap and ship FedEx Ground and supply you
with a tracking number.
