I have a 640GB WD SATA HD (Caviar WD6400AAKS) pulled from a Mac Pro. It was never used, just pulled from the brand new system as soon as it arrived and replaced by four 1.5TB drives instead.
This is a nice, fast drive and I would still be using it if I didn't need the space for the 1.5TBs. Sells for about $70 on Newegg.com. Asking $40 shipped.
