I've owned the laptop for around ten years. I play with it off and on, swapping the hard drives to enjoy the different aps and OS's on them. The floppy drive is missing it's entry cover. I don't know the story behind why. I once inserted a floppy which mounted but took around 5-6 attempts to eject. I think the mechanism requires adjustment. The spare keyboard works. At one time or another I had devices to test all ports which worked fine. The laptop is clean both inside and out.
