160MB and 320MB I'm unable to erase them. The 160 features OS 7.6 and software. The 320 features OS 8.0 and software.
Both were working pulls from 540c units within the last 12-13-14 months. I also have many parts from 540c units such as a exceptionally clean keyboard, floppy drive and hard drive cables, right housing panel, ram cards, rear door, screws, plus more. I don't have any bottom and top housings, screen assemblies, or power supplies. I'm searching for a PCMCIA module 661-1060 for 520 - 540 models.
