I'm selling a boxed Farallon EtherWave Printer Adapter. The adapter plugs into a LocalTalk port and bridges to an Ethernet network (has two RJ-45 ports). "Printer" is a misnomer, because it bridges the AppleTalk protocol altogether. Includes the 12v power adapter.
