I'm selling my personal MBP. It's in very good shape. No dings or dents. There's a light scratch on the top side. But not that noticeable. The screen is nice and crisp except for the burn-in on the bottom.

I looked at the Activity Monitor app, and it had “kernel_task” taking up a lot of the processing power. I thought it might be software related, so I reinstalled El Capitan and the problem persisted. I also ran the Apple Hardware Test and no errors were found. So I don’t know what to do and I really don’t want to mess with it anymore. It’s still fully functional, but just a bit slow.
