I have two of these one box is open, just to check contents is all, cards are still anti-static bags. Other is still factory sealed.

Included in the box is two part NIC card with connecting cable, driver diskette, manual, ethernet cable and BNC t-connector.

Please research these for use in your system, prior to purchase, will answer questions the best I can.
