For sale is one Quadra 700 pre-production model. 20 megs of RAM; 100 meg HD with a clean System 7.1 installed. A Daystar 25Mhz cache card installed in the processor slot. No rainbow apple logo or model designation on the case front. There is a recessed apple shape in the front of the case. "SpikePVT" is marked on the back rather than the usual mac family information. This was one of the codenames for the Q700. There's a little yellowing on the front and right sides of the case.
I haven't used it for a long time and would rather see it go somewhere rather than my closet. No kb or mouse or aaui adapter. $70 + shipping from 08835. Make an offer if you wish.
