I have 2 matched sets of Apple Mac Pro ram from OWC. Each set of 3
totals 12 GB of ram (3 x 4.0 GB PC8500 DDR3 ECC 1066MHZ 240 Pin) 85MP3S4M12GK
and carries a Lifetime Warranty. For Mac Pro Early 2009 & Late 2010 Nehelam &
Westmere systems and Early 2009 XServe . Ram pulled from my 8 core 2009 Mac
Pro when I upgraded to a 12 core model - different ram so I can't use it.
Working when I pulled it and kept in static bags since removal. I know that
there are 4 slots for ram but this ram is triple threaded and repeated
conversations with Apple Tech Support convinced me that there is little to no
value of adding a 4th stick to a bank.
1 set of 3 sticks 12 GB RAM $100.00 shipped CONUS.
2 sets of 3 sticks (6 sticks total) 24 GB RAM $200.00 plus shipped
CONUS.
