Greetings all.

I'd like to purchase a Mac-compatible film negative scanner to scan in
some old rolls of APS and 35mm film. The on-line services seem to end up
starting at a bit under $20/roll and go higher for better resolution and
quality. I'm running OS X 10.4, but for older SCSI scanners I have an
unused OS 9 Mac handy too, although I'd rather just use my SCSI/Firewire
adapter with VueScan as a driver instead of setting up the older Mac.

I'm much prefer a scanner that has automated scanning (instead of
manually frame-by-frame) for both APS and 35mm film, although I'll accept
one requiring manual feeding if inexpensive enough. Please don't offer
anything that you don't know to be working well.

Thanks all.
