Rev 3beca9: subtle changes to rst3 command arising from the fix to #362

The fix allows ancestor nodes of @rst nodes to contain @rst-options doc parts. This fulfills the implied request in #362 . Imo, the changes are not likely to affect most people, but there is no way to know for sure without further testing.
