I had the same situation. I found I had to update vsc, then restart vsc. I had automatic updates for extensions enabled, and after the restart, Leointeg's version had been updated to 1.0.14. Félix should probably put a note about this into the install docs. On Monday, August 21, 2023 at 3:38
