Writing a Plugin. plugins\examples folder

I was reading about how to write a plugin at http://leoeditor.com/writingPlugins.html and having a look at the override_commands.py plugin. I only chose that plugin because it's in leo\plugins\examples folder. I wanted to study a small uncomplicated file :) However after enabling it I get a
