Leo's new check-nodes command replaces the corresponding script in Leo's 
scripting miscellany.

This command seems essential when using `@clean` nodes in a collaborative 
environment. How did we ever live without it?

I've update docs, in devel and online:
- This page <http://leoeditor.com/commands.html#syncing-clean-files> in the 
Commands Reference contains full details.
- This page <http://leoeditor.com/directives.html#clean-path> in the 
Directives Reference contains link the command.

As described above, leoSettings.leo now contains three new @data nodes that 
customize the command.
