I am getting error in LFS 7.3 ---step 8.3. Linux-3.10.4
scripts/kconfig/mconf: error while loading shared libraries:
libncursesw.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [menuconfig] Error 127
root:/sources/linux-3.8.1# make

So I need to reboot the host system one time.
Then I have to try again right?

instance of this problem, but when I run the testsuite for
Binutils-2.23.1 I recieve a single unexpected failure on gas/i386/rept

I have never done it, but as non one has still replied...
I assume it is the first time you are trying to build xulrunner and hunspell.
