s. A nice
TODO for the testers might free up some some developer resources to
concentrate on the more advanced patching.

pages 3 and 4. I have put it on Digg, so everyone visit the article
below and digg it. :)

I am reading you loud and clear. I don't have legacy arch advice though, sorry.

FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/faq.html
Unsubscribe: See the above inf
headers package per the LFS
instructions. As far as I know it is used in both LFS and CLFS. Is
the new procedure going to be to do a make headers_install from the
kernel sources as was done back in the day?
Thanks,
Craig Jackson

that the raw kernel headers are recently "behaving" thereby rendering
the linux-headers package/project irrellavent/obsolete. Is this true,
or do I just not understand the meaning of something?

the proprietary nvidia.ko
somewhere and use that instead of the 2d vesa or nv drivers. Because
of this i just end up using the console. I gave up with the nvidia
because you obviously can't install to /usr on the livecd. (I know i
could remaster it). Unless someone knows a way to do this....
:)
Than
s to the device, but again it is
not mentioned anywhere that I could see how to accomplish this. Is is
possible to add the "audio" group to the "users" group? It didn't
work when I tried.
Thank you!
