Since last time: * Moved limit values to common headers and documented them. * Cleaned API, added internal documentation. * Fixes to syntax files from running on more streams, also a bit more complete (yay FMO support). * Logging fixed to actually work properly (trace_headers uses normal logging only now). * Now used for VAAPI MPEG-2. * Generally incorporated review comments.
