The non-demuxed input is the input that doesn't work.
The non-demuxed input doesn't contain the 0 0 1 prefix before each frame,
and contains the FU-A fragmentation unit at the beginning of each packet
(which is removed when demuxing).

Why don't you
Because I don't do RTSP for negotiation and then RTP for video.
I only get RTP packets and I can assume that they contain H.264 video.
Can FFmpeg take RTP packets as input?
How do I do that?
