> -       Interest in and ability to maintain and cater for web based content 
> as a matter of making research available to broad publics
> -       Interest in Media Governance issues, such as privacy and democracy, 
> internet governance and rights, policy, regulation, legal aspects
> -       Ability to work in a team
> -       Ability to time self-management
