This was solved with a make uninstall. Seems like it was simply not updating
on re-install, or something.
I tend to do make clean uninstall install a lot, to be 100% sure...

for Mac for disatribution (if such a thing exists separately; isn't a
LO SDK platform-independent?) worry about building it (i.e. odk).

I found a problem with a trailing empty line in flyfrm.hxx (after the
vim mode setting code).
Would be nice if you could remove that the next time.
Also, you can prolly save writing out dtor and ctor. That's C++ speak
and can be considered common knowledge. :-)
