It looks like 3.5 is the one that is totally wrong in this case. I checked with
a 3.4 build and that looks much more like 3.6 than 3.5.

I resolved this by manually removing
C:\Users\ssanders\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice which I think LibO uninstall
should have removed.
