I suppose it is because both use GTK, and LibreOffice has to touch GTK files.

I recommend/suggest to answer in the language you speak best (I suppose
Russian in this case) and give the translation as an addition. That way
people with even a little knowledge of Russian or with access to a
dictionary might be able to understand you better, because they have a
fallback.
