The undo just assigned to SdrTextObj::aRect its previous value. Now it
calls NbcSetLogicRect() for this task. This function calls -- among
others -- NbcSetMinTextFrameHeight(), which is neccessary to avoid
this bug.
seems to fix the bug above that I see no obvious 'code' problems and no
strangeness whilst testing, seems to be as shrek would say "better in
than out"
