Hi!
In MS Excel, using this Thick Outer Border button does not affect the inner
lines. In our LibreOffice, this will delete inner lines, so I have to work
twice by putting back the inner lines.

In ScriptRun::next(), it follows the 5.1 of UAX#24 that parentheses have the
