You didn't even mention which tools you use. (Personally I saw many problems
arising from use of registry cleaners; I have strong suspicion that in this

Every time I install a new update my registry cleaners flag these as invalid
entries.
I don't know if they should be fixed/updated or be removed.
Just thought someone would like to know.
