So, with LibreOffice running--the WM_FONTCHANGE from the IBM Client Access
(pscws.exe) triggers the salframe.cxx -> bNewFontLists action.

I just tried the LibreOfficeDev_7.0.0.0.alpha0_Win_x64.msi : same behavior.

The ibm emulator sends a dozen of "WM_FONTCHANGE" every time I open or close a
window. And Libreoffice does a lot of work on each of those messages.
