An invalid setting for the Linux environmental variable TIME_STYLE such as
"ISO-8601" causes all Libreoffice components to fail to start with no notice,
warning or error message.
Starting LO in the terminal command line displays error "invalid time style".
FIX:
1. There should be an error message.
2. (option) LO should default to valid time style and start
