Every time text is apparently pasted from Chromium (and possibly other
applications, though I am not certain of this) a dialog box pops up asking me
to "Select the language to be used for import". I don't even know what effect
this has—presumably it is for spell-checking, which is unnecessary for my
purpose. I have not been able to find any way to disable this, or set a default
action.
