            Bug ID: 104362
           Summary: Unwanted Formatting
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.2.3.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: cl...@fairpoint.net

Description:
I collect quotes. Between quotes, I type in ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ as a separator. If I
hit 'Enter' to go to the next line for a new quote, I get a heavy black line
with a thin black line under it instead of the ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~. I can only
avoid this unwanted formatting if I hold down the 'Shift' key as I hit 'Enter'.
It doesn't reproduce here but it does in a Live Mail email, which I can send
you if you wish.

FYI: The same was happing in Open Office, which is why I uninstalled it,
rebooted and installed LibreOffice. Registry was also cleaned of all Open
Office entries prior to installation of LO.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type something
2.Type ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3.Hit 'Enter'

Actual Results:
Exactly as described above.

Expected Results:
No unwanted lines.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes - Both to Default and Personalized.
