Scrolling a complex table structure seems to be slower as before
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll up and down with the scroll wheel
Actual Results:
Slow and laggy
Expected Results:
Quite a smooth scroll as before
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
