Yes, tested again with LO 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
(4f810905fa74128871f2fe924a3d28a79f4e4261) / Windows 7.
I had to repeat it 3-4 times, but got a .lock file remaining, indicating LO
didn't shut down
