          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)

Description:
When you export a Writer document to PDF with comments enabled, the comments do
export, but not the highlighting showing what the comments referred to.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Highlight text in a Writer document and insert a comment.
2.Export the document as a PDF with "Export comments" option enabled
3.View the PDF in a PDF reader.

Actual Results:
The comment highlights are gone. Instead there is a small note icon placed at
the end of where the highlight was.

Expected Results:
Highlighting should be preserved and no icon should be added, unless it is for
a comment that was inserted at a single point.
