repro 7.6 (I think). There is no bookmark name seen in MSO when opening up the
field dialog. It should be "field1" and "field2".

I noticed that the issue only affects "Drop-Down Forms" (at least from the
options available in Excel 2003), so I've updated the bug summary to reflect
that.
