Description:
When you create a numbered list and want it to start at a specific number you
have to use the buttons "+" and "-" to increase or decrease the number one by
one. If you try to enter the number directly in the textbox it won't work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a numbered list.
2. Go to "Bullets and Numbering" options
2. Go to the textbox that says "Start at:"
3. Introduce the text directly in the textbox

Actual Results:
Numbered list gets disabled

Expected Results:
Numbered list should begin with custom number.
