Here is how I can trigger / repro this.
1. Open attachment 178096.
2. Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Accessibility > Use automatic font color for
screen display (set ON, checked box)
3. OK

Menu>View>Value Highlighting makes a difference in that some columns are now
showing colours. A date e.g. is blue, but both positive and negative numbers
