Bug ID: 147031 Summary: Different file picker when opening files if LO run as another user on KDE Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.1.8.1 release Hardware: All OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: medium Component: LibreOffice Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: ddascalescu+freedesk...@gmail.com Created attachment 177862 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=177862&action=edit The two different file pickers I'm using KDE neon 5.23, with Plasma Version 5.23.3. If I run LibreCalc normally, as the user I'm logged in, and attempt to open a file, it opens a file picker that seems to be an instance of the Dolphin file manager. If I run LibreCalc as another user and open a file, the file picker looks different. I'm using the KDE "Run as user" option from the shortcut properties, which resolves to this command line: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5/kdesu -u b -c "/usr/local/bin/libreoffice7.1 --calc <filename>" With older versions of KDE and LO, the styling of LO applications also looked different - bug 140578. ## System information ## KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.4.0-91-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz Memory: 15.3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
