I don't understand how this is not a bug. I'm missing something from a menu.
How is that not a bug? I just installed v7.3.5.2—still no Properties in my file
menu—see attached screenshot. If you can't help

I have a two-monitor system both monitors are 1600 x 900. There is no arrow in
