Description:
On writer app, toggle ordered group button is not working, also optimize size,
borders, borders style buttons in bottom toolbar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose a function from the menu

Then function is working
Expected Results:
Smooth-operating buttons on toolbar
Reproducible: Always
