This is related to bug 146547

1. Open attachment 177284 and turn Edit -> Edit Mode off.
2. Click into one of the yellow areas
3. Move the cursor with the arrow keys to the beginning or end of the area,
then one more position to the left/right, or just up or down

-> The cursor is lost, arrow keys can only pan the whole document around.

Expected: the cursor does not leave the editable area
