Since I started using OpenOffice/LibreOffice I miss this option. Reading this I
found out it's possible to print only even/odd pages, but it sould be more
easier to identify this functionality.

Have print odd and even pages is very important for print on both sides in
printers without duplex unit: print the even pages, recharge in the printer
tray the same pages and print

Usually I keep some book near printer to translate left/right to even/odd
